All expenses incurred in conducting your Estate Sale are taken from our commissions and not from gross proceeds from sales.
My staff and I come in - clean and remove debris, stage or set up the house for the sale, research and price all items. We sell everything that can be sold. The rest is either donated to charity, or bought out. House is left broom clean, books are completed and copy of the ledger created during the sale is provided along with a cashiers check for the proceeds.
Personal items (SSN, checks, statements, legal documents or any other personal items) are returned to the families.
All our sales are conducted in a discreet, professional manner.
